Oud Imperial Ormeau is an aromatic gift from the heavens. Each drop is the result of 30 years of Christopher Hanlon® know-how. Blending hypnotic Australian natives with biblical Oud, Green Olive, Opoponax and Blood Red Orange Wine resin. Buddhawood accord exhibits subtle traces of smoke and spice and is derived from Eremophila Mitchellii, a native Australian plant that is similar to Oakmoss. Judiciously spliced with Licorice, Tonka Bean, Cardamon and Patchouli this masterful perfume envelopes the skin with animalistic notes inspired by crocodile leather. Your second skin. A powerful aphrodisiac Amber Oud heart opens with forbidden fruit notes of Green Banana, Melon, Aged Cherry and Kangaroo Paw. This sinful mixture adds to its sensual dimension. Rather than composing the fragrance through the traditional hierarchy of top, middle and base, Hanlon’s® method allows a unified aromatic expression. In contrast, softer accords are often amplified and heavier notes are ironically attenuated. Méthode Électromagnétique™ produces a signature Christopher Hanlon® Perfume that is up to 300% more powerful. Intense, concentrated and longer lasting. Artist Christopher Hanlon® invented the genre, ignoring the 3 tiered tradition, while adopting an unorthodox aromatic interplay. Hanlon® adds: ‘95% of perfumes today are retro, in so far as they formulate according to the classic 3 tiered hierarchy’. The Hanlon® method allows softer notes to be amplified, intensely. Adding to his unique compositions, botanical notes like Australian Bush Potato are introduced – hitherto unused in perfumery. This blending culminates in fragrances that are more wholistic, pure and distinctive.
